Dr. Jeffrey Nekoba, MD
Dr. Nekoba grew up in the Mt. Vernon district of Fairfax County, where he attended Fort Hunt High School. He then attended the University of Virginia, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering before continuing on to medical school at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia. Upon graduating from MCV, Dr. Nekoba accepted a position at the University of California's Merced Family Practice Residency in Merced, California. He was elected Chief Resident during his final year in Merced. He earned and has continuously maintained his Board Certification in Family Practice.
Dr. Nekoba returned to Fairfax County in 1994 after completing his residency and has been practicing in the Springfield are ever since. Dr. Nekoba and his wife, Susan, have four children - Katie, Michael, Kristen, and Lindsay.
Chiara Glass, PA-C
Chiara grew up in Burke, VA. She attended Virginia Tech where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Pre-med. She was active in a community service sorority, Chi Delta Alpha, and spent her free time as a Special Olympic swimming coach. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Jefferson College of Health Science in Roanoke, VA.
Chiara returned to Burke, VA upon completion of her Masters degree. Her husband, Chris, is a merchant marine and graduated from the USMMA in New York. She attends a Presbyterian church and started her community service as a child through participation in Habitat for Humanity and various soup kitchens. For fun Chiara enjoys travel, photography and spending time with her family.
